How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline for completing a website build depends on the prompt receipt of all necessary information from you. Assuming we receive all relevant materials on time, including web copy (unless provided by us), images, and videos, you can expect the following estimated timeframes from the point of receipt:
- Single Page sites: 2 weeks
- Standard Business sites: 4 to 6 weeks
- Standard ECommerce sites: 10 to 12 weeks
What do I need to provide to you?
Here's a list of things that we'll need before we can commence the design process.
Assets:
- Written Content (if you opt for creating the content yourself)
- Images / Videos / Audio files (ensure that they're in high quality, it's always good to have higher quality assets and let us do the compression for you)
Access to different accounts:
- Domain & Hosting account access

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Will I be able to update my website?
Indeed, this is precisely why we exclusively employ WordPress for designing our clients' websites. It offers the flexibility for you to update your site's content independently.
Do you offer website hosting and domain services?

What kind of support do you offer post-launch?
We initially provide 3 months of free post-launch support with all our packages.
In addition, recognising that our clients may lack the time or technical expertise to maintain their sites for optimal compatibility with the latest browsers and security, we also offer paid support services. Will my website be compatible with different browsers?
Yes, we ensure that your website is compatible with the most popular browsers on the market including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.
Can you redesign my existing website?

I don't have time to write my own content, do you provide content writing service?
Yes, if you're short on time or unable to create your own content, we offer SEO content writing as an additional service for added flexibility. Please be aware that we will require a brief from you outlining your content structure preferences before we begin work.

Can you work within my budget?

What do you need from me to get started?
To initiate your project, we might request a couple of examples of brand styles that resonate with you, especially if you have particular preferences regarding colours, fonts, etc. If you have no specific requirements, there's no need to provide any material. Financially, we require a 50% deposit to commence any projects.
How many revisions do I get, and what happens if we exceed them?
You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions and one final version for approval only. Should you need additional revisions, extra charges may apply.
Who owns the rights to the design work?
The copyrights to the design work will be transferred to you upon project completion, ensuring your brand's ownership, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to showcase the completed work as part of our portfolio for prospective clients.
Do you outsource any work or is it all done in-house?
All our design work is proudly completed in-house by our team in Australia.
What file formats will I receive my designs in?
Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive set of artwork files, including:
- Vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg)
- Compressed formats (high-resolution and web-resolution .jpg & .png)
- Web format (.webp)
Can you help with printing, or do I need to find a printer myself?
We can provide print-ready files for your selected printer. Alternatively, we can manage the printing process for you with an additional service fee, should you require assistance in finding a suitable printing provider.
How is the final artwork delivered?
The delivery method of the final artwork, particularly for large files, typically involves using wetransfer.com.
